Payment methods

1. ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESS IN NAPAS INSURANCE PAYMENT (SMARTLINK)

Step 1 : The customer logs into the service provider's Web site to select the goods and services and select the payment method through the NAPAS domestic payment gateway.

Step 2: Enter the card information at the NAPAS domestic payment gateway.

After choosing the form of payment through NAPAS domestic payment gateway, the customer is transferred to the NAPAS domestic payment gateway. At the NAPAS domestic payment gateway, customers enter the card information required by the bank.



And select Billing

If the card information is not valid, the card is not eligible for payment ... the system will report an error and display the error message on the NAPAS local payment gateway interface. Customers redeem the transaction or make payment by other card.

If the card information is valid and the customer is able to pay, the customer will be redirected to the OTP authentication page.

Step 3 : Authenticate OTP

At the OTP authentication page, the customer enters the required information, if any

Username: the customer is issued by the bank when registering for Internet banking services

Password: Internet banking login password


Or enter the OTP sent to the customer number registered with the bank
